Payments, invoices and billing


Each time a payment is processed, we’ll send the account admin a receipt. If you need other people CC'd on this, let us know!

To view your billing history and download past receipts, please head to the Billing section of your account. This can only be access by the Account Admin or Billing Owner.


We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and maestro. We never store your credit card information, we just pass the encrypted information to our payment processing provider (Stripe) for processing.

We also accept wire transfer, bank transfer and direct debit from the UK, Eurozone, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada. We currently support payments in GBP, EUR, USD, SEK, DKK, AUD, NZD and CAD. Please contact support if you would like to setup bank transfer as the preferred payment method.
