Why are my team members not getting any messages or reports?

My team members are not getting messages from ScrumGenius

There are multiple ways that you can try to self-troubleshoot:

1. Manual Troubleshooting

If a published report has not been sent to team members long after the scheduled time, try to first manually run the report by selecting  Reports > Edit > Run.

Regardless of the scheduled time, team members should receive a message from ScrumGenius soon after regarding the report. If this does not work, try re-scheduling the report to a later time and re-publishing the event altogether.

2. Contact Support

Finally, if steps 1 and 2 are unable to solve the issue, please contact our support team here or via email (support@scrumgenius.com).
